This beautiful, historic ranch has the facilities, setting, and staff needed to create an amazing retreat experience for your group.
Whether you are planning a one-day retreat for 150, or a multi-day event for 20, we can help you curate a unique meeting in a peaceful setting. With access to a variety of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces and opportunities to spend time on the land and with each other, your retreat will be out of the ordinary and memorable. No fluorescent lighting or hotel banquet rooms.
Delicious local seasonal food is our passion at the Paicines Ranch. Every meal will nourish your team with a wide variety of ingredients and cuisines prepared in our LEED-certified commercial kitchen and served in the Overlook dining room with stunning views of golden hills and dramatic sunsets. We will work with you on menus, beverage selection, housemade desserts, dietary restrictions, type of service, and meal timing. All of the meat we serve is produced here on the ranch, and the produce comes from neighboring farms on the central coast. We have a full liquor license and specialize in local, organic wines. This is retreat food unlike anything you have experienced.
We also offer an exceptional range of experiences and activities. From morning yoga and guided walks, to soil kit experiences, evening parties on the lawn, pinball, wine tastings, horse experiences, cooking classes and e-bike rides, our goal is to get your team out on the land enjoying nature and each other. Ranch staff are available for tours relating to the ecosystem and the work that we do here around regenerative agriculture. If there is something that you would like to do or learn, just let us know.
Our facilities, though in a historic setting, are up-to-date and comfortable with WiFi access and air conditioning in most spaces. We can help you plan your stay to take advantage of the outdoors, no matter the time of year.
