Fall Field Tour & Farm to Table Dinner at The Overlook

Experience the food, land, animals, and people that make the Paicines Ranch so magical by taking an engaging tour of the ranch followed by a delicious meal celebrating the local bounty of the fall season as prepared by Chef Carlos Canada and team.

We will meet at The Overlook Dining Hall and from there the ranch team will walk us through the fields to meet the sheep, explore the regenerative vineyard, and learn about how we’re working with animals to steward the land and regenerate the soil. We’ll return to The Overlook where guests will soak in panoramic sunset views over a glass of regenerative wine and delicious appetizers. The evening continues with a multi-course meal featuring seasonal fruits, vegetables, and pastured meats produced by local farmers and ranchers on the central coast of California.


  • Field Tour: 4:30 – 6:00pm
  • Cash bar available and ID’s will be checked at the bar (adult tickets include 1 glass of wine)
  • Farm-to-Table Dinner: $75 per adult / $25 per child (12 and under), sales tax included
  • Farm-to-Table Dinner: 6:00 – 8:00pm

Guests are welcome to join the field tour without attending the dinner. The field tour is offered by the Paicines Ranch Learning Center (PRLC), a non-profit organization working to educate, inspire and connect people with new ideas and networks that advance healthy soil and healthy communities. Our field tours bring the concept of ‘farm-to-table’ full circle by showcasing the possibilities when partnering with people, land and animals. Donations to the PRLC, a 501(c)(3), are appreciated and will go towards the creation of new workshops and convenings, and to our scholarships to help us ensure the participation of farmers, non-profits, students and other diverse voices and perspectives that are critically important to our programming.
