Celebration of Summer – Farm to Table Dinner

Join us for a farm-to-table dinner featuring the amazing fruits and vegetables grown on the central coast of California in the summer as prepared by our executive chef Carlos Canada and his team. This four-course dinner will feature local summer vegetables, stone fruits, and pastured meats. You will have the opportunity to meet and talk with some of the farmers who produced this bounty and hear from Chef Carlos about how the items were selected and prepared, while enjoying the amazing views and sunset at the Overlook at the Paicines Ranch. The wine pairings will include some wines produced from grapes grown in the regenerative vineyard at Paicines Ranch.
Appetizers and wine will be served from 5:30pm – 6:00pm and dinner will be served from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
Price: $125 with wine pairings, $95 without wine. No one under 16, please.
