Winter Farm to Table Dinner at The Overlook & the Art of Falconry

Join us for an afternoon of falconry, delicious food, and gorgeous scenery! We will begin our adventure with a falconry experience! We will have a couple of options to choose from – when the event begins at 3pm, you can stay at the Overlook and enjoy a presentation by the California Hawking Club and see a falconry demonstration or weather permitting, you’ll have the opportunity to take a short hike to the Teal Pond where we will get to watch some incredible birds of prey in action!
After this educational experience, we will begin passing appetizers at the Overlook at 5PM! This will be followed by our four course Winter Farm to Table Dinner – a savory meal which will feature our grassfed meats and your purchase includes a ticket for a glass of our regenerative wines made with Paicines Ranch grapes and we will also be featuring Blade and Talon Wines, produced by local wine maker, Nat Wong.
